Several of San Diego’s top chefs are teaming up for this annual fundraiser dinner at Provisional Kitchen at Pendry San Diego, where a portion of the proceeds benefits the San Diego Food Bank. Each chef will prepare their unique take on their favorite Thanksgiving dish, and the meal is served family-style with wine pairings. Featured chefs this year include Travis Swikard (Callie), JoJo Ruiz (Serea Coastal Kitchen, Lionfish), Crystal White (Wayfarer Bread), and Brandon Sloan (Provisional Kitchen).

Phillip Esteban and Guest Chefs Dinner: A Modern Exploration of Filipino Fare

Chef Phillip Esteban is collaborating with acclaimed Washington, DC, chefs Paolo Dungca (Hiraya) and James Beard Award winner Tom Cunanan (Hermie’s) for this special one-night dinner at Parq Nightclub. The six-course meal will showcase the chefs’ passion for Filipino cuisine, and will also include a preview of the menu at Esteban’s upcoming National City restaurant, Well Fed. Seatings are from 5 to 10 p.m.
