March for Meals 5K Charity Walk

Put on your walking shoes this March 22 by coming to this free event put on by Meals on Wheels San Diego that will bring attention and support to San Diego’s senior population, as well as their furry friends, through their Animeals pet meal delivery program. Fundraising and donations for this event are encouraged in order to help those in need.

32nd Annual Peacemaker Awards Dinner

On April 18, join the National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) for their annual dinner to honor individuals and organizations dedicated to peacemaking in both their own neighborhoods and around the world. The proceeds of this event will help support NCRC’s work to provide the tools to help people, organizations and communities solve and manage conflict.

Casa de Amparo's 24th Annual MEET THE CHEFS

Come to the Hilton San Diego/Del Mar on April 19 to enjoy some delicious wines paired with great food cooked by top San Diego chefs like Jeffrey Strauss from Pamplemousse and Alex Emery from Coastal Kitchen. You can purchase tickets here and the proceeds of the event will go toward supporting the children of Casa de Amparo in honor of National Child Abuse Prevention Month this April.

International Children's Day Celebration

Dance, sing and celebrate with children from all different cultural backgrounds and learn more about their traditions on April 25. The Turkish-American Community of San Diego is hosting this free event in Balboa Park to share the appreciation of other cultures through music, dance and art.
