Breaks, drops and diet can prevent uncomfortable dryness

While switching to working remotely, distance learning and virtual meetups have helped keep us safe; they have not been exactly easy on our eyes. The issue is that we don’t really take time break that visually intensive activity and we don’t blink as much. Chronic dry eye can lead to redness and inflammation that can take weeks or even months to reverse. In addition, it can cause scarring on the corneas and pterygia (surfer’s eyes in San Diego slang).
