It Takes a Strong Village

When Tiffany Ketcham’s first son was born 15 years ago, she knew something wasn’t right. When Scripps pediatrician Mary Beth Casement, MD, came to her aid, she and her husband Kevin knew there was no better doctor for their children. What they didn’t know then was just how much they’d come to rely on Dr. Casement and how devoted she’d be to their family. Three children and years of continuing health problems, Dr. Casement was instrumental in pinpointing the root of the issue: a mitochondrial disorder.
