Masters Kitchen & Cocktail

Masters has retained the industrial charm of its space—it used to be Masters Automotive shop, built in 1939—but added new executive chef Andre Clark. He’s turning out short rib tacos, grilled cheese with San Marzano tomato soup, and vegan options like a mango wrap stuffed with flash-fried jackfruit. masterskitchenandcocktail

Revolution Roasters

Blade 1936

A building designed by Irving Gill, once home to Oceanside’s Blade Tribune newspaper, will come back to life as an Italian restaurant led by former BiCE chef-owner Mario Cassineri and Caffe Calabria’s John Carlo Ferraiuolo. The menu will include Neapolitan-style wood-fired pizzas, pastas, Italian beer, wines, and more.
