Simsim is a growing fast-casual Middle Eastern restaurant that serves outstanding shawarma. Simsim’s roots are in Middle Eastern cooking (Simsim is the Arabic word for sesame, after all), with a menu offering traditionally prepared shawarma in signature wraps, bowls or plates. Standing out from the pack, Simsim creates many of its menu items from scratch, from its sauces to its hummus, with authentic flavors cooked up by in-house Chef Ibrahim Alsharief. Simsim serves its cuisine in a bright, happy environment to create an original dining experience where people can gather and share a shawarma experience. The brand has plans for expansion in Southern California, with an additional location opening in Carmel Mountain late fall 2019.
