Is it perimenopause or menopause? How to tell the difference and what you can do to alleviate the symptoms

Hot flashes, night sweats, insomnia, and mood changes become more common as women age. On average, American women enter menopause at age 51, but a condition called perimenopause, which shares many of the same symptoms, can strike in your 40s. There are several ways to take the edge off the symptoms through, ranging from lifestyle modifications to hormone replacement therapy. Read more about the treatments here.
