Today, fans flock to Cuba to drink his beloved drinks in his go-to watering holes. The writer’s spirit also looms (though not quite as large) at downtown’s Bice, which adds the Hemingway Daiquiri to its "endangered cocktails" list this summer. A far cry from the super-sweet blended monstrosity known to Cabo spring-breakers, this version is simple and strong.
