About Robert Kearney M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Robert Kearney is proud to be named “Best Cosmetic Surgeon” by the U-T Readers’ Poll for the third year in a row, but he knows his patients depend on his skills more than his reputation. “Each patient is an individual, and I’m dedicated to treating each one with the attention and care they deserve,” Dr. Kearney says. “I also keep in mind that plastic surgery is just one part of overall well-being, and that’s why I take an all-around approach with my patients. Are they taking care of themselves properly—exercising, eating right, taking vitamins? Are they mentally prepared for the procedures and downtime, and do they have the right motivation for seeking the changes they desire? I want them to have the best results possible, and all of these factors play a role in the outcome.” Though Dr. Kearney is one of only a few Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons trained to perform all four incision options used in breast augmentation, he specializes in all procedures of the face and body, including “mommy makeovers” and facelifts. Patients interested in rhinoplasty can have computer imaging done during their consultation to get an idea of what their nose could look like after surgery. An experienced and enthusiastic staff is on hand to support Dr. Kearney. “Our patients constantly tell us how comfortable they feel when they are here,” says Melissa Callahan, CEO. “Dr. Kearney has a great sense of humor and a wonderful bedside manner and really makes himself available to our patients. We all love what we do, and I think it’s one of the things that sets our office apart from the others.” Dr. Kearney is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of General Surgery, and cosmetic consultations with him are free.
