The Women in Tourism & Hospitality National Conference is empowering and supporting the contributions of women professionals who are impacting the tourism and hospitality industry in the San Diego metro area. Keynote speakers include Caroline Beteta, President and CEO of Visit California, and Hattie Hill, a Global Diversity, Inclusion and Gender Equity Pioneer, President & CEO at T.D. Together they will give insight on their careers and tell inspiring stories to help women leaders get in the mindset to advance their careers. In addition to these keynote speakers, the conference will be hosting networking breakfast, four concurrent learn and grow workshops, an exhibitor marketplace, moderated candid panel discussions, the 5th Annual W.I.T.H. Awards Luncheon and a celebration party, and silent auctions to help raise funds for the W.I.T.H. Scholarship Program.

The conference commences Thursday, March 19 and ends Friday, March 20. Tickets will begin at $439 and will increase after February 28th. Student tickets begin at $199. 

The W.I.T.H. program was founded in 2015 by Clara Carter of MCCSN and has become the debut program for recognizing women professionals at all stages in their careers. The conference is produced in partnership with industry sponsors and supporters, to honor well known, respected, influential, and unsung women at the pinnacle of their careers. The 2020 W.I.T.H.
