San Diego Chef Phillip Esteban (White Rice), will be joining acclaimed DC Chefs Paolo Dungca (Hiraya Restaurant) and James Beard Award winner Tom Cunanan (Hermies), both of Pogiboy, for a one night, fine dining Filipino experience taking place on Friday, November 19th from 5-10pm at Parq nightclub in Downtown San Diego, with multiple seatings throughout the night. The six course dinner will serve as a preview of Chef Phillip's upcoming concept Well Fed, an elevated Filipino restaurant that will open in 2022 in National City, along with previewing the DC chefs' upcoming fine dining Filipino restaurants, Hiraya and Hermies, which are scheduled to open next year in Washington, DC. The ticketed event is $150 for a special six course dinner featuring a mix of traditional and unique Filipino dishes from all three chefs, with natural wine pairings offered for an additional $75.
