Carlsbad’s Weekly Farmer’s Market

Date/Time

Aug 10, 2016 to Aug 11, 2021
03:00 PM until 07:00 PM

This event occurs weekly, on Wednesday.

Description

For over twenty years, Carlsbad has had a Farmers’ Market in the heart of its Village. Every Wednesday, year-round, State Street turns into an open-air specialty food market offering products from over 50 vendors, live music, and seating for dining. From 3pm to 7pm (Spring and Summer) and from 3pm to 6pm (Fall and Winter) locals and visitors alike can choose from farm fresh produce, pastured eggs, breads, cheeses, herbs, meat, poultry and fish. Specialty food items such as French pastries, jams, cookies, dips, sauces, with plenty of vegan options, are plentiful. Loose leaf tea, honey, kimchi and kombucha are always popular. Diners won’t want to miss out on the market’s green smoothies, acai bowls, Thai, Greek, Indian or Southern Barbeque. Fresh flowers, succulents, potted plants, and craft items such as candles, handmade soap, body products and more, make for perfect straight-from-the-market gifts. The State Street Farmers’ Market is located between Carlsbad Village Drive and Grand Avenue.
