Relay for Life of San Diego is a community-based fundraising event for the American Cancer Society. Typically, we host a 24-hour, in-person, outdoor event where we celebrate survivors, remember loved ones we've lost, and fight back by fundraising. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, for the safety of all of our Relayers and staff, we have made the decision to host Relay for Life of San Diego VIRTUALLY! We will be Relaying from 9am-9am on August 1st-2nd.

You might be asking, what does a virtual Relay look like? Our event leadership team is hard at work putting together a 24 hour virtual experience. We will be hosting the event on our Facebook Page - Relay for Life of San Diego. Make sure to like our page so you get access to everything!

Expect some Facebook live moments, interactive activities via Zoom, videos posted on the page, photos being shared from all teams, etc.

How can you get involved? Visit our website, create a team, invite your family and friends to join you, and start fundraising! It's that easy!

We want to live in a world with more birthdays and where the words "you have cancer" no longer exists. Let's get there together!
