All the way from The Painted Dog Research Trust in Zimbabwe, Dr. Greg Rasmussen will share fieldwork updates on the efforts to save Southern Africa's most endangered predator.

The African Painted dog or Wild dog has stood the test of time, the last member of an ancient genus, they once inhabited all of sub-Saharan Africa at numbers upwards of 500,000 individuals. Now facing existential threats, dropping to a population under 5,000, they are in grave need of conservation efforts.

Dr. Greg Rasmussen has helped lead the way in Painted dog research and conservation efforts for over 20 years. Come have a beer or two and catch up on the current status, success stories, and next steps for these stunning pack predators!

Wavelength Brewing Company is generously donating $1 of each pint sold from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm to Painted Dog conservation efforts. Global Conservation Force is dedicated to saving wildlife from extinction through education, anti-poaching, and conservation efforts.
