For sisters Jina Javier, Jiin Park Fan, and Jane Park Javier, style runs through their veins. In the early ’90s their parents opened Vista’s Fashion 5, a catchall purveyor of t-shirts, toys, and random tchotchkes. Today the concept, now called Liv3, has evolved into a modern lifestyle boutique more reflective of the younger generation’s tastes. Jina says, “We still wanted to be that one-stop shop our parents initially started, but the new concept was more true to us and our style.” Best sellers include the store’s selection of maxis and rompers from L.A.-based designers and go-to gift items like candles by Voluspa and Capri Blue, and Rifle Paper Co. greeting cards.
