Pacific Coast Grill is back on the beach. The signature lobster tacos and turkey meatloaf remain for devotees, but new chef Torrey Hall, Kona-born and -raised, is a fresh fish disciple with a mean spicy tuna roll and coconut-and-crab-crusted mahi mahi up his sleeve. The space’s mishmash design includes wood panels reclaimed from fishing boats, surf photography by Aaron Chang, and a wall of colorful boards honoring local shapers.
