More than 350 supporters of the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito gathered at Del Mar Fairgrounds for an evening of food, horse racing, and dancing to celebrate the nonprofit’s 50th anniversary. The gala honored Yvette Conde, the 2016 Youth of the Year, with a $1,000 scholarship and raised $160,000 for the organization, which serves 10,000 youth through seven clubs in North County.
