Taking advantage of its location just across Ruocco Park from the new Tuna Harbor Dockside Market, Puesto has launched a special called the Mercado fish taco, only available Saturdays. What’s in the taco will change every Saturday, depending on what chef Luisteen Gonzalez buys that day fresh off the fishing boats. He will also customize the toppings and prepare special salsas to suit the fresh fish. Recent catches have included yellowfin, dorado, and red snapper. Tacos priced at $5–$7, Saturdays only.
