We are incredibly excited to be celebrating 20 years! It is an honor to have built this company with this talented and creative team.  We feel fortunate to have the support of our fans and look forward to many more years of brewing award-winning beer.
Jack White, founder

Stone Brewing Co.

Humble Beginnings

A facility in San Marcos producing 2,100 barrels annually (now 325,000)

Highlights

Expanded to Escondido, and later added five satellite locations and a second bistro and brewery in Liberty Station—and that was all before they became the first American craft beer company to open a brewery in Europe (Berlin). Next up? A huge production facility in Richmond,  Virginia.

Arrogant Bastard Ale

Oscar Speech

Our lofty and exciting projects are priming us to spread San Diego–style beers around the globe! Stone will always stay true to the craft beer ethos, and selling our company to Big Beer is not in our future.  We’re enormously proud to be part of San Diego’s vibrant brewing community, which in just 20 years has become an international craft beer mecca.
Greg Koch, CEO and Co-founder

Coronado Brewing Co.

Humble Beginnings

A modest building on Orange Avenue in Coronado

Highlights

Expanded with a tasting room in Imperial Beach and a big production facility in Bay Park, and was recently recognized as the Champion Mid-Sized Brewery at the 2014 World Beer Cup.

We raise a glass to all of our fans and fellow brewers who have stuck with us over the years and made us who we are today.
