Loews Coronado announced Adam Cho will be the new chef at the hotel’s restaurant, Mistral. He was previously chef at Katsuya downtown.

Café Japengo recently debuted a new menu with local ingredients from Suzie’s Farm, Rosie’s Organic Chicken, Drake Family Farms, Vintage Farms, Sadie Rose, and Carlsbad Aquafarm.
