Where

Start at La Jolla Hermosa Avenue and Colima Street, and follow the dirt path after it breaks off from the road. Take it for a round-trip into the center of La Jolla or all the way to the cove for ocean views.

Why We Love It

This little-known path used mostly by Bird Rock residents is a flat and fun dirt route into the heart of La Jolla without the traffic.

Get your caffeine fix at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters (5627 La Jolla Boulevard) or opt for Benedicts or cauliflower tacos at Beaumont’s (5662 La Jolla Boulevard).
