Consortium Holdings spearheaded San Diego’s modern cocktail movement with bars like Craft & Commerce, Noble Experiment, and Polite Provisions. Now with Raised by Wolves at Westfield UTC, they’re teaching their large fan-base how to recreate the experience at home, selling rare bottles of high-end spirits, hand-selected affordable bourbons and Japanese whiskeys, cocktail books, arty bar essentials, etc.

Sit by the fireplace and a rotating wall panel will whisk you into a secret bar where you can sip and taste cocktails, take drink classes, and attend pop-up events. Designed in French Quarter style by frequent collaborator Basile Studio, it even has a stained glass roof that fades from light to dark as the day progresses. It’s about time you Sazerac’d at home.
