Cohn Group unveiled a new fast-casual concept in Del Cerro. Del’s Hideout has buttons at the tables that will summon servers when needed.



Bankers Hill is getting its first beer tasting room when Pure Project Brewing opens its doors this summer.



Joe & the Juice, a coffee and juice chain from Copenhagen, Denmark, opened at One Paseo.



RoVino the Foodery, a new restaurant and marketplace from the owners of RoVino in Little Italy, is bringing pizza, gelato, and other Italian eats to the East Village later this summer.



A Korean global food brand opened Bibigo Kitchen in Fashion Valley, which combines counter service with Korean barbecue.



Chef Rob Ruiz (The Land & Water Co.) is opening The Hold Fast in Liberty Station. The sushi hand roll bar will serve sustainable fish caught only by San Diego fishing fleets.



Daniel Barron is the new executive chef of The Oceanaire downtown, where he’s developing a dry-aged fish program and fermentation pantry.
