From its inception in 2002, the mission of Vows From The Heart Ministries has been to serve couples of all faiths, beliefs, and nonbeliefs. As wedding chaplains, Reverend Christopher Tuttle and Chaplain Mary Cyr are devoted to couples in search of a nondenominational wedding chaplain. Tuttle and Cyr preside over wedding ceremonies outside the walls of the church with professionalism and, most important, without judgment. Their passion for quality and integrity, as well as a genuine love of their work, are the driving force behind the company, rated as “Best San Diego Wedding Officiant” by WeddingWire Bride’s Choice Awards six years in a row since 2009.

However, over the years it has built a reputation all its own. In 2009, the center underwent a major expansion and renovation, which included the addition of pre-owned vehicle sales and a conversion to eco-friendly operations. In November 2009, Toyota Certified Center of Santee unveiled its new eco-friendly facility on Fanita Drive, and in August 2010, it proudly announced that the facility had achieved a Leadership Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold rating.
