From its inception in 2002, the mission of Vows From The Heart Ministries has been to serve couples of all faiths, beliefs, and nonbeliefs. As wedding chaplains, Reverend Christopher Tuttle and Chaplain Mary Cyr are devoted to couples in search of a nondenominational wedding chaplain. Tuttle and Cyr preside over wedding ceremonies outside the walls of the church with professionalism and, most important, without judgment. Their passion for quality and integrity, as well as a genuine love of their work, are the driving force behind the company, rated as “Best San Diego Wedding Officiant” by WeddingWire Bride’s Choice Awards six years in a row since 2009.
