Charitable Events Registry - A How-to Guide
The San Diego Magazine Charitable Events Registry provides a detailed calendar of charity events scheduled for 2015. Our intent is to provide the most comprehensive guide and online resource of nonprofit events deserving of support.
We welcome your participation. Please update your events for the year to come. The deadline to submit all events is Tuesday, September 26, 2014.
You will be given the option to create an account, click the link and fill out the form. Then, click “save” and your account will be approved within 24 hours and you will then be able to enter events.
Fill in all possible fields. If cost has yet to be determined, you may enter TBD under that field. If date is yet to be determined, you may enter the month that the event occurs by choosing the entire month (i.e.: January 1, 2014– January 31, 2014). Click on the “Create New Event” link to finish. Your event will be reviewed and approved within 24 hours.
Current events will appear, or you may click on “All Calendar Events” to do a search for any month.
You will be prompted to enter your contact info and the description of the event change. Fill in all possible fields. Click on “Submit Event Change Request” to finish. Your event will be reviewed and changed to your specifications within 24 hours.
