It’s getting hot in here! Three new restaurants are using the centuries-old tradition of cooking over fire.

Fireside by The Patio cooks or smokes every menu item over a flame, taking inspiration from culinary heritages like Argentina and Japan. With nearly all of the seating outside, it’s the ultimate barbecue experience.

The team behind The Smoking Goat recently debuted One Door North, with campfire-inspired fare, like roasted meats and s’mores desserts, forest-print wallpaper, and safari-style tents for a semiprivate experience.

Opening this month, Campfire occupies more than 6,000 stylish square feet and focuses on locally sourced sustainable meats, seafood, and vegetables cooked over two custom
