A new off-the-menu cocktail from Lion's Share called the Holy Mole

Published:

hole mole cocktail

In a new off-the-menu drink called the Holy Mole, Lion’s Share alchemists are mixing up American rye whiskey with two Italian bitter liqueurs—Cynar, made partially from artichokes, and Aperol, a less potent cousin of Campari made from rhubarb and bitter orange. Add a few drops of bitters flavored with the dark chocolatey essence of Oaxácan mole from Mexico and you’ve got one sexy international three-way for your tastebuds. 629 Kettner Boulevard, Little Italy
