Start in the parking lot off Kiowa Drive. Follow the bike path out to the fence and back.

The sunset hitting the water. In April, sunset times are between 7:08 and 7:29 p.m.

 

Why We Love It

This flat but curvy path takes you around the lesser known lake on the edge of the city. It’s easy to access, but makes you feel like you’re out in the wilderness.

 

Where to Refuel

Get corned beef, potato pancakes, or challah French toast at D.Z. Akin’s (6930 Alvarado Road, College East).
