Description:

When White Labs opened its new facility with a tasting room in 2012, they added a whole new—and distinctive—option to the beer-touring experience. As one of the world’s premier yeast suppliers, White Labs has the unique ability to showcase the central role that yeast plays in the brewing process.

In their elegant and contemporary tasting room, White Labs offers visitors a selection of flights, each of which showcases the effects of different yeasts fermenting the same wort. The differences are truly fascinating. If you’re a budding homebrewer, or simply interested in learning more about the brewing process, this is a stop you’ll want to make.

In addition to the flights, the White Labs tasting room also offers a few select core beers of their own. When you’re done “experimenting,” you can try a pint of White Labs beer, each of which is brewed with a mix of yeasts to create unique flavor profiles.
