The venerable El Bizcocho at the Rancho Bernardo Inn has been transformed into this fresh new take
on wine country dining. Chef Tomás Baistrocchi leads the way to a menu of simple, fresh dishes with ingredients that have been “foraged, farmed, hunted, or fished.” There’s also a selection of beer, wine, and mustard—yes, mustard!—on tap. Dinner nightly; Sat. & Sun. brunch. $$$
