Feeding San Diego's Pairings with a Purpose returns April 15

San Diego and Guadalupe Valley's finest chefs, breweries and wineries team up to fight hunger

Taste and sip exclusive pairings from San Diego and Guadalupe Valley’s finest chefs, breweries and wineries as they unite against hunger in a culinary competition on Saturday, April 15.

Each chef and beverage duo will collaborate to create a special pairing of food with one of the drinks including Chef Javier Plascencia, Chad White and this season’s winner of Top Chef, Jeremy Ford. Guests can vote on their favorite pairing while enjoying music, games and contests. For a full list of participating chefs, breweries and wineries, click here.

The fundraiser will be hosted on Saturday, April 15 from 12-4 p.m. at Bobby Riggs Tennis Club & Museum in beautiful Encinitas.

100% of proceeds from this second annual event will help to support Feeding San Diego’s critical programs that provide meals to children and families during the summer months, when thousands of children lose access to school breakfast and lunch programs.

Currently, nearly half a million San Diego residents, including 1 in 5 children, are struggling with hunger. Feeding San Diego is working to meet their immediate needs, while creating a long-term impact in the community through a comprehensive approach to hunger-relief.
