Kick Off Summer With Fiesta del Sol

The free two-day arts and music festival celebrates 37 years in Solana Beach

Sponsored

The 37th Anniversary Celebration of Fiesta del Sol happens May 21 and 22. With a brand new interactive website and the best performers yet, 2016’s Fiesta del Sol is shaping up to be legendary. 20+ bands, beer and wine garden, exceptional food, 300+ vendors, rides for the kids, and much, much more!

The Belly Up is lining up a great list of musicians to perform during the two-day event, which includes local community talent. There is also a large, fun, and exciting Children’s Area set up for families to enjoy rides, games, and a climbing wall. Just like last year, the Cedros Design District will be celebrating with bands and shopping specials during the weekend. The parking options have been expanded, making it easier to park and catch a shuttle.

Fiesta del Sol has something for everyone. Food trucks along with other great specialty food vendors will be back, as well as an arts and crafts area, sponsor area, the Solana Beach Fireman’s Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, and much more! There will also be a special place exclusively for local artists and local food vendors. The beer and wine gardens will be in their usual spots and the Lions Club will also be returning to serve in the wine garden and raise funds to support their local causes.

The Solana Beach Chamber of Commerce has been hosting this free two-day arts and music festival for 37 years as a kick off to summer in Solana Beach! The event takes place at Fletcher Cove.
