San Diego Magazine & 6˚ have teamed up to create an expert panel that is sure to please. The Restaurant Trend speaker panel will be moderated by San Diego Magazine's Chief Content Officer, Erin Chambers Smith, and will include: Scott Slater, co-founder of Slater’s 50/50; Mike Georgopolous, Partner at RMD Group; Trish Watlington, Owner of The Red Door; Brian Malarkey, Chef and Partner of Green Acre Campus Pointe and Farmer and the Seahorse; and Valentina Di Pietro, owner of Bencotto and Monello. Topics will cover restaurant culinary trends, culture, and customers.
