San Diego's Best Sausage Spots

Published:

It's sausage fest time! Here are my picks for best sausage spots in San Diego:

Linkery -- they will be doing a special "World Cup of Sausages" all month long during the World Cup starting this Friday. Grass-fed beef chorizo vs. boudin blanc anyone?

Quality Social -- Their chef was known as the King of Sausages in Chicago before moving here to open Quality Social. They make everything in house and bring in an entire pig each month and use every last scrap!

Kaiserhoff -- Easily the best place for Brats in San Diego. Get a rezzie at this German spot in OB (always packed) and save room for authentic brats, sauerkrautand good German beer.
