Every year in May, San Diego Magazine devotes an issue to all things beer—what's new, what's delicious, and who's behind it all. To dig even deeper, we decided to visit the brand new AleSmith Brewing Company, with the biggest tasting room in San Diego, for a behind-the-scenes tour with CEO Peter Zien. Turns out that seeing how beer is made is just as fun as drinking it.
