Festival opens at 9am, flag-raising at 9:45am, parade begins at 10:30am.

The Irish Congress of Southern California has once again turned Balboa Park into a Celtic village. At 10:30am, over 120 entrants begin marching at 6th Avenue and Juniper Street to celebrate the Gaelic Athletic Association.

This family-friendly event in historical downtown Vista awards three possible prizes for parade participants: Best 30-Second Performance, Best Irish Theme and Best Dog Costume.
