Encinitas Turkey Trot 5k/10k

Run along the Pacific Coast Highway before sitting down to your afternoon feast. Donations support the North County Community Services Food Bank. There’s also a costume contest if you’re feeling extra festive.

This 14 annual family fun run takes more than 10,000 participants through Balboa Park. Proceeds going to Father Joe's Villages.

San Diego Run for the Hungry 5k/10k

The run, benefitting the Jacobs and Cushman San Diego Food Bank and food assistance programs from Jewish Family Service of San Diego, starts and finishes at Horton Plaza, with a course that travels by Petco Park, the Convention Center, and Broadway Circle. Runners age 21 and over can stop by The Local for a post-race $3 pint of beer.
