Introducing… the Very Important Taco!

In place of our usual foodie VIP column, we were inspired to launch a V.I.T. (very important taco!) column, instead. Every month we’ll dish about one of the city’s best tacos, where to get it, and why we love it. We kick off the fun new feature with the “Mercado fish taco” from Puesto.
