How to Get There: In north Pacific Beach, at the end of Tourmaline Street off Mission Blvd.
Parking: Free parking lot.
Open: 22 hours.  Closed 2-4am.
Facilities: Lifeguards, rest rooms, showers, picnic area, surfing.
