How to Get There:In Oceanside, at the end of Harbor Drive, off Pacific Street.
Parking: $5 daytime fee entrance fee per vehicle.
Open: 24 hours.
Specifics: Lifeguards, rest rooms, picnic areas, fire rings, surfing. There are RV campsites. The fee is $15 per night. No camping reservations.
