How to Get There: Take the Dairy Mart Road exit off Interstate 5 near the Mexican border. Follow signs to the end of 1500 Monument Road.
Parking: Vehicles only allowed on weekends and holidays.  Free parking. 
Open: 9:30 am am to 6 pm daily.
Specifics: Rest rooms, picnic tables, fire pits, hiking.
