Voices of Women presented Beyond Borders at Athens Market Restaurant. Chula Vista's Cheryl Cox was the keynote speaker. Marisa Ugarte and the Bilateral Safety Corridor Coalition were recognized for their efforts in rescuing, sheltering, and restoring sex-trafficked victims.
