San Diego Magazine honored its 50 People to Watch in 2009, announced in the January issue, at a party atop the Ivy Hotel. President and publisher Maureen Sullivan and editor-in-chief Tom Blair presented awards to this year’s watchables before a packed house, which included Steve Espino, Mark Coulombe, Chuck Hansen, Anita Crandall, Steve Pelzer, Coreen Petti, Michele Predko and Anna Marie Rooney.
