Lynda Martin
LONDON-BORN Fox6 in the Morning TV anchor Lynda Martin wakes up at 1:30 a.m. weekdays to prepare for her morning segments. After freelancing for several months, Martin recently became an official Fox6 employee, covering the 5-9 a.m. broadcast. Her 14 years of TV experience before landing in San Diego in 1999 included work on the East Coast and California’s Central Coast. A mother of two and a passionate advocate for the cause of autism, she juggles the hats of successful career woman, wife and mother while still managing to give off a striking aura of balance and compassion. She attributes her well-rounded nature to life experience, which includes her twin brother’s autism, the death of her father and becoming a mom.
