San Diego Magazine, in partnership with the San Diego County Medical Society, hosted its annual “Top Doctors Gala” at the U.S. Grant Hotel to honor local physicians ranked best in their field by their peers. (The complete list of doctors appears in our October issue and at sandiegomag.com.)
Among guests honoring the 372 distinguished doctors at the elegant black-tie event were San Diego County Medical Society executive director and CEO Tom Gehring and wife Dr. Catherine Moore, David Itzikman, David Hunter, Dr. Carol Young, Jim Beaubeaux, Dr. Manoj Motwani, Vanesse and Malcolm Koll, and San Diego Magazine president Jim Fitzpatrick and wife Jan.
