Jim Laslavic and Ed Campbell chaired the Alzheimer’s Association San Diego/Imperial chapter’s spring fund-raiser, “Our Bright Future.” Singer-songwriter Tristan Prettyman headlined the event, held at the Rancho Santa Fe home of Lori and Steve Temko. Darlene and Donald Shiley were founding chairs; Rolf Benirschke was honorary chair. Coach Frank Broyles accepted the Reagan/Thal Legacy Award for his advocacy work on behalf of those with the disease.
