The Beach and Country Guild presented the 39th annual Día del Sol luncheon and fashion show, a benefit event for the United Cerebal Palsy Centers of San Diego, at Albert Court in Rancho Santa Fe. Themed “Fashion Wrapped Up in a Day,” the event featured a gourmet lunch, silent and live auctions and a runway fashion show and boutique shopping -courtesy of Nordstrom. The special guest was the reigning Miss Iowa, Abbey Curran, who was born with cerebal palsy.
