Jeffrey Strauss of Pamplemousse Grille was honored as the 2008 Nice Guy of the Year at a gala hosted by the San Diego Nice Guys Organization at the San Diego Marriott Hotel & Marina. Among the previous recipients: Dan Spinazzola, John Moores, Lou Ferrero and Malin Burnham. Nice Guys is a local nonprofit that annually recognizes an individual for commitment, generosity and caring for the community.
