A WINNING VALENTINE’S
DAY WEDDING

As another holiday season becomes history, San Diego is already gearing up for the next celebration: Valentine’s Day. This year, let Cupid’s arrow strike in a big way with Liberty Station Marketplace and radio station KYXY 96.5, which is holding a 12-hour Wedding Day Blitz at Liberty Station’s historic North Chapel. The chapel, which was built in 1942, was restored and reopened last year.

From January 21 to February 10, the radio station will be selecting 36 couples—either first-time brides and grooms or couples looking to renew their vows—to participate in the wedding blitz. Each couple will receive a full wedding ceremony, including flowers, a photographer, music, cake and champagne. The weddings will be performed throughout the day at an event that’s open to the public and will be streamed live online.
