Social Media Day is an annual global event that invites everyone who uses social media to celebrate by getting together offline to connect, engage and socialize.

Social Media Day San Diego 2012 will be held at Marina Kitchen, the new restaurant event venue inside the San Diego Marriott Marquis & Marina on June 30th from 5-9pm. This free event will feature networking, food, drinks, giveaways, social media inspired contests and special offers.

Attendees can connect and engage with other social media users in an offline setting and interact with a Minglestream tweet wall featuring live tweets with the official Social Media Day San Diego twitter hashtag.

Social Media Day San Diego will also feature fun activities, products and offers provided by local businesses. Including a photobooth, a snack zone, complimentary hand massages, wine tastings, product samples and free coupons.
